In most case, process food lose some of its nutrition value while it is being processed. More so the added preservative and other artificial substances could even harm your health and well being. So we belive that it is very important to use fresh ingredient in our products.

Fresh ingredient is also important for taste of food. Process food usually has preservative and other artificial substances where it could ruin authentic taste of ingredients.
